Each member of our team has a different story. Most of us are tried and true native Vermonters; grew up, graduated the local high schools and have worked mostly in Northern Vermont much of our lives.

MSI Realty also has those who become intentional Vermonters. We are able to help newer neighbors learn by the successes and failures we experienced and better navigate the experience of moving from “away”, to Northern Vermont.

Conrad is the Managing Broker for MSI Realty and oversees the property management of nearly thirty residential and commercial properties. A lifelong resident of Northern Vermont, Conrad is well-known and valued for his integrity, local knowledge, and willingness to help buyers and sellers feel comfortable and cared-for throughout their real estate transaction.
Tina is the Senior Leasing Coordinator for MSI Realty. She works with commercial and residential customers for thirty properties owned by MSI Realty.
She was born in Vermont, has lived throughout the United States. Tina is known for her customer service and respected for her honesty and her willingness to assist current and potential customers.
Nathalie is the Design Director for MSI Realty and the Customer Service Manager of our Airbnb properties. Her passion for architecture and interiors led her to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design. Nathalie continuously goes above and beyond for her clients, which is reflected in
her Superhost status.
