Our vision for 183 Main Street is rooted in Hyde Park’s character and the needs of its community. When complete, the building will feature a welcoming ground-floor café/market designed to be a gathering place for locals and visitors alike, alongside upper-level artist studios/offices that provide dedicated space for makers, creatives, and entrepreneurs to work and collaborate. Thoughtfully designed apartments will bring new residents into the heart of the village, adding life, energy, and everyday activity to Main Street.
 

This project is about more than restoring a historic building—it’s about strengthening the village core. By supporting local artists, adding much-needed housing, and creating a place to meet, eat, and connect, 183 Main Street is envisioned as a vibrant anchor that contributes to Hyde Park’s ongoing revitalization and sense of community.
